Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

There are several Energy Efficiency Rebate programs throughout the state that can help you in paying for your insulating project. Healthy Home Inc. is a Massachusetts licensed contractor providing weatherization services. Call the Massachusetts DTE helpline at 1 (866) 527-SAVE (toll free) to find out who will provide an audit and get specific information on the incentives offered by your utility company. 

Healthy Home Inc. is a member of the weatherization rebate programs offered by NStar and KeySpan. If you are a customer of either you can contact your utility company directly to find out more.

NSTAR Weatherization Rebate
Thinking about adding wall insulation, attic insulation or air sealing to your home? If so, you might be eligible for rebates up to $1,500 from NSTAR for such home upgrades. Call 800-654-5833 for more information.

The program provides a rebate covering 50% of the cost. Rebates will be capped at $1500 per customer account per calendar year.

Keyspan Weatherization Rebate
Designed to help cut energy costs, KeySpan’s Weatherization Program can make your home more energy efficient year round. With some simple, easily installed measures, your heating and cooling systems will be more effective, so you’ll reduce energy consumption. Which means you’ll save on heating costs in the winter, as well as cooling in the hot summer months. And your home will be comfortable year round. 

KeySpan Energy Delivery's Residential Weatherization program is open to heating customers in New England with homes built prior to January 1, 1995.

The program provides a rebate covering 20% of the cost, up to $750, for weatherization measures per customer account per calendar year.
